and to route referral requests to the appropriate real estate professionals.
- Financial and Goal Inputs: To power our diagnostic tools (such as the Buy vs. Rent
Analyzer or Affordability Reality Check), we collect data points you enter, including estimated income,
debt, down payment amounts, and home value estimates.
- Usage Data: We automatically collect information about how you interact with the App,
including screens viewed, time spent on the App, and the specific tools used.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
- To provide and improve the App’s diagnostic and analytical tools.
- To personalize your experience and provide relevant real estate roadmaps.
- To facilitate connections between you and real estate professionals.

relevant App data with a licensed real estate professional in your local area to assist you.

4. Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act (VCDPA)
