CSG Compass is a decision-preparation and clarity engine designed to provide general real estate insights and financial estimates. The App is intended to help users explore scenarios related to buying, selling, and renting real estate.
The App is a decision-preparation and clarity engine designed for educational and informational purposes only. The diagnostic tools, including but not limited to the Buy vs. Rent Analyzer, Affordability Reality Check, and Sell vs. Stay Calculator, provide estimates based on user-provided data and general market assumptions. These results do not constitute financial, investment, legal, tax, or real estate advice. You should consult with qualified professionals before making any financial or real estate decisions.

Jon Bibbs is a licensed real estate salesperson in the Commonwealth of Virginia. CSG Real Estate Advisors is a licensed real estate firm in Virginia.
For users located outside the Commonwealth of Virginia, the App serves as a referral engine to connect users with third-party real estate professionals. You are hereby notified that CSG Real Estate Advisors may receive a referral fee from these third-party professionals if you enter into a real estate transaction with them. You are under no obligation to use the professionals we suggest.
Use of the App does not establish an agent-client relationship or a fiduciary duty between you and CSG Real Estate Advisors or Jon Bibbs. Such a relationship is only formed upon the execution of a formal, written representation agreement.
CSG Real Estate Advisors is not a mortgage lender, loan originator, or credit provider. The App does not offer or guarantee any loan terms, interest rates, or mortgage approvals. Users should consult with a qualified mortgage professional for actual loan qualification.
You are responsible for the accuracy of any data you input into the App. You agree to use the App only for lawful, personal purposes. You may not use the App for commercial data mining or to replicate the App’s proprietary logic.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
